JOB TITLE: TECHNICAL SALES B2B (POWDER FLAVOR)

 

MAIN DUTIES:

  1. Business Development:

– Utilize your existing network to identify and pursue new business opportunities with new customers, focusing on Powder Flavor

– Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue

  1. Sales and Revenue Growth:

– Drive sales by promoting our extensive range of products to our customers

– Negotiate agreements with a focus on long-term and mutually beneficial partnerships

– Regularly review and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement

  1. Customer Relationship Management:

– Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly

– Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee the seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.

  1. Key Account Management:

– Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients 

– Understand clients’ needs, challenges, and objectives to provide tailored solutions.

– Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. EDUCATION:

Bachelor degree, preferred in Food Science or Chemical Technology

Fluent English 

  1. EXPERIENCE:

SALES ORIENTED

Track record as sales person at least 3 years working experience 

Good verbal skills with ability to establish good relations with potential clients.

Experiences coming from Flavor and/or from F&B/ Food ingredient industry
